Website/ordering process very simple. Order arrived promptly and intact. I purchased the unit with large red/green lights on front and back. When it arrived the red/green lights on the back were wiring the wrong way round (red light on rear when green light on front). Not a big issue, took 20 mins to dismantle and switch the colour lenses over. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Prompt delivery and kept informed with dispatch.

This is my third time I have ordered from them. I rang them up for some advice for a solution to what I required and they suggested a DA600 system. I ordered it online. It was dispatched promptly and i was kept informed through out. The instruction sheet that came in the box was adequate and could have been more descriptive but I was able to figure it out. My order was for one sensor and one receiver but found I needed a second receiver which again was dispatched quickly with good updates on the delivery. I would recommend them and would purchase from them again.

Very knowledgeable staff, delivery speedy. Great quality of all their products that I have used, no problems and easy setup or installation using their instructions.

Pro: Very friendly and helpful. Fast delivery. Con: It would have been nice to have had the second PIR the same as the main one that came with the kit, which was better quality and more securely fitted to the wall.

Ok site to use, though have used better, free delivery. for my order, very quick, didn't even get a chance to track it!! Phenomenal packaging for such a robust product, Don't remember seeing on the site that I shouldn't use 'postcrete'. Already had that, so just taped up the reasons why, problem solved.

Very good service before and after the purchase. I just have one suggestion - the handsets for the Intercom require you to push a button to talk - so it's not like a phone, more like a walkie-talkie. This feature should be made clear on the website.

Very easy to install. Works very well. Used an external aerial as entry phone is mounted on a very large brick column. The fixing screws supplied were too short, so used longer screws.

Does what it says in the box, can rest easy until alarm goes off.
