The unit have not been fully fitted yet the only thing i have found so far is that the sim card was the smallest size that looked like that had been already pushed / taken out /loose in package /i have placed them back in order they should have been /the outer ring was still connected to card and had to be cut with knife / hope this helps dave

The website was easy to navigate. I queried whether items were in stock and benefits for having the same or different locks on parking barriers. Customer service responded which gave me confidence to place my order. I ordered the last two, which arrived within two days of placing my order originally placed on a Saturday. Handyman put up the two and items was better than I expected. I need to get used to using the locks. A little fiddly. I like the reflective strips not mentioned in the advert or illustrated in the photo of the item which turned out to be a lovely surprise. Handyman had no difficulty fitting, both were up within a short twenty minutes. They are doing the job for which they have been purchased which is great. Two red parking barriers. Thank you

I ordered a power transformer for my ultra secure outdoor siren. It has been powered by batteries until now. For four years. With the batteries being changed yearly. The transformer arrived in a few days. And will mean, no more trips up and down the ladder. I'm getting too old for them sort of tasks these days.

More money than I thought but f/class c/Service

The product is very badly made. The fixing bracket just broke. On the recent purchase of the GDM Alarm, I am very unhappy with the 'manual'. The Website quotes that a CD Rom with the manual is part of the order. No such thing existed. A printed manual was part of the order but the manual is appalling. A very poor translation of Chinese, much of which doesn't make sense, hopeless illlustrations and when I queried one point I was told the manual supplied WAS OUT OF DATE! (I have the record of the email response!) A hugely poor service; might be a useful product if you could make sense of it. Be very careful.
