Good service and good product

Fantastic product & great service. I bought a DA-600 Wireless Door Contact Chime and it was exactly as advertised: very easy installation and functions perfectly. The chime arrived quickly and I was kept updated on the delivery process throughout. Very happy and I would highly recommend.

Very quick order to delivery, good communication

Navigation around the site was quite logical and of course you could use the find function easily probably giving a quicker result. Once I had decided on my requirements, ordering them was straightforward and easy. Delivery was exactly as advised and was within 24 hours. Obviously that depends on when within the week you order but I ordered Monday and received goods on Tuesday.
I did contact them by 'phone to enquire whether stock was available and a second time to check on one of the bollards - it was marked quite deeply. There was no hesitation, they came to my residence to swap for a new one. Communication was always easy, they were quick to respond and made sure that I was entirely satisfied.
A very positive experience and I am very happy to recommend them.

I run a block of flats in Cambridge with the usual issues relating to pressures on parking spaces (potential commuter abuse of private spaces), and occasional visits by passers-by to dump large items in or by our bins. The solution was (dummy) CCTV and I found your website helpful, your products high-quality and competitively-priced, and your service prompt and efficient. Cameras now fitted and block security improved. In only hope none of theresidents asks to see the footage!

I ordered the GSM PIR alarm via Amazon fo next day over a week end and the roaming SIM direct both arrived as expected and easy to set up. The SIM registration is straight forward and everything was up and running quickly.

Order processing and delivery were excellent. Pleased with the quality and performance of the products ordered, however the fitting instructions manual is written in very poor English and is difficult to follow and understand.

Delivery was quick and efficient will use again

I had a problem mounting the PRI in that with the rubber cover in place the adjustable ball joint could not be tightened sufficiently to lock the mounting. The PRI would always tilt to its lowest position. I telephoned your technical dept seeking advice and was informed that I needed to get a thicker piece of rubber to replace the friction rubber washer supplied and that this problem had not come to light before. I was quite aghast at this being expected to modify a new piece of equipment! I said that if the parts supplied were indeed defective then these should be replaced by correctly operating parts. The operative then agreed to supply new parts, however to date these have not been received meaning that it is impossible for the equipment to be properly installed. AN URGENT REPLY WOULD BE APPRECIATED CONCERNING THE SUPPLY OF THE DEFECTIVE MOUNTINGS
