Not very responsive to emails. I wanted to be sure that my camera and alarm could work with the Belgian network.. It works very well, I am happy with my purchase.

I bought the KP MON with 4 temp/hum probes. This material is 100% Chinese but seems reliable. I made technical remarks, but customer service doesn't seem to know the material too well. What a pity not to provide dedicated software! It makes things easier rather than programming by SMS. Also, by SMS you can't access everything. (example: exporting recorded data in CSV) gilles
