Following a breakin at our premises and the attempted theft of a Caravan from our storage facility we made contact with Ultrasecure direct at visited them . Their advice regarding enhancing our site security by installing a Wifi Camera and Flood light combination was excellent . We made a second purchase of the same unit and have just purchased a third unit . We have been extremley pleased with all aspects of the service from the company and the performance of the equipment . Product made cheap hinges held on by a couple of welds .....pound shop padlock supplied overall cheap product expensive to buy.....well d8ssapointed with customer service ....they wasn't interested in helping pay to send back .....avoid
We are sorry you had issues with the Post you purchased, our records show that when a call was made it was quickly established after a brief discussion that we had accidentally missed fitting the Shear Nut on the Hinge which made it vulnerable, it was agreed that we would send one to you that day which was done, it was during during Christmas therefore delivery may have been slightly delayed. We are not sure what the problem with the padlock is as we have sold thousands of these with many types of Posts, if it is faulty we can send you a replacement or different type if requested. We apologize for missing the shear nut and let us know if you want a replacement lock.

A good product, simple to install. One small issue that was easily resolved with a short phone call to technical support, who answered the call within five rings.
I bought a parking post for my mum because she had an attempted vehicle theft on her drive. It arrived well packaged and was easy to fit. Would highly recommend.
Haven't used yet but arrived very quickly and website was easy to use.

I am very sorry we made a mistake on your original order but we did post a replacement hood out to you as soon as we were notified, this was despatched by Royal Mail on the 9th December. We would have expected it to arrive by now, but as we all know the complete parcel & delivery service is really struggling to cope with the huge increase in demand caused by Covid and Brexit. We will however post another one out to you, so hopefully one will arrive very soon. Once again we apologize for the oversight.

I liked the product. It was programmed for me in advance but for different zone - I bought sensor for leakage and the sensor was programmed for Entrance zone. The programming manual is quite confusing - generally programming is not user friendly enough. The SIM card compartment is proper only for old dimensions of SIM card and this created a problem for me to find out an old mobile phone in order to register the new bought SIM card. Anyhow, product worked perfectly during the tests, so I hope I can rely on it for the purpose it has been bought.
