I have used this company before for some alarm equipment, response is good. However I recently ordered some sensors (PIR's) for the alarm. I received them and notice how annoying they are to put together as regards mounting to a wall. Rather than just clipping to a mini wall stand, you now have to open up the PIR, then annoyingly you have to remove the entire printed circuit board (PCB) to be able to drill a hole, to put a screw to mount it to the wall mount they supply ! You then have to carefully re-fit the PCB. Absolutely ridiculous to say the least. This is a very POOR DESIGN that they should not sell - all you need is a basic 'clip-in' stand that should already be mounted. A customer who pays nearly £20 for one PIR should not be expected to do this work! They -USD- should do it or buy a decent design in the first instance. All you need to do is make a simple error and the PCB could break when you remove / put it back, and of course they will say its 'your fault'. Not impressed and I purchased 5 of these PIR's that will take ages to install because of its very poor design.

Stunning shed alarm system. Very loud ( so loud it hurts my ears) ! Arrived very quickly with normal postage paid. Nice touch from ultra secure in pairing the system so it was ready to use immediately. Would definitely buy again. Great product so far, feels like a quality bit of kit.

I ordered the Power Failure alarm (for my fridge freezer) after buying a cheap Chinese made one for £15 where it failed after 3 months and was poorly built. Early days for this one through UltraSecure, but for the expensive price for what is a simple piece of electronics, It had better last a life time (with occasional battery replacements. I am so surprised this seems to be a niche market with very few other options out there, even with ScrewFix and alike. Perhaps that will change and the price will come down . . . or UltraSecrure supply to ScrewFix or similar. Am now a lot more at ease I have this alarm installed now.

I found the website easy to use and soon found the security post I required. I ordered and received an acknowledgement and the post was delivered well within the specified time suggested. My only slight quibble was a statement on the paperwork that said not to use postcrete for fiixing the "shoe". The website suggested that this was a suitable material for installation.

If I could give 6 stars, I would have. I didn't know the site. I called a manager who was able to advise me and took the time over the phone and by email for all the questions I had to ask. Responsive and very kind. Moreover, the product arrived within the week. Go ahead with your eyes closed, you won't be disappointed.
