I was able to easily see the products that suited me on the site. Despite some doubts, I had to call the indicated number twice. Each time I was able to quickly reach a real person on the line and not one of those stupid robots. I got the information I needed after the representative took the time to listen to my question and understand my problem. The material was delivered quickly. Easy to implement, it performs its role perfectly. It has already warned me of a power outage and the movement of a gecko in the room. For the gecko, I could have done without it, but it shows that the material is sensitive and effective for a good quality-price ratio.

The phone communication does not work
Product in line with our expectations. Simplicity of commissioning all after a problem-free delivery. After several months of use, everything is going very well.
Still have the alarm system to fit but all arrived quickly and as ordered. Fingers crossed!
The product does exactly as it says, as a VERY reasonable price. It connected to our electric gate seamlessly, although a working knowledge of electronics is useful. Note that it needs 12-24V DC to work - batteries are fine, but a PSU is better.

The installation and setup is easy. However, the device does not call, it only sends an SMS. THE SOUND LEVEL OF THE ALARM DOES NOT MATCH 150 DECIBELS AS ANNOUNCED. (the level is below 90 decibels as the noise from my compressor covers that of the alarm)
The little contact I had with customer service went well, I would rather talk about the product, with which I would have a few suggestions to give, which I would have liked to find in its functionality. Like: more short ringtones, (only two or three notes), not having to go through all the different ringtones to find my favorite ringtone, because when you unplug the receiver from the socket, you tend to take it by the sides, and then you mess up the ringtone choice or the volume, as well as the symbol on the buttons which is tone on tone, you can't see it. Otherwise, it works quite well! Best regards
