Dear Madam,
We have been marketing the infusion La Bio Lactée with this composition for many years (2011). It contains Fennel* as well as Lemon Balm*, Anise*, natural Mango and Peach aromas, produced in Organic Agriculture. The digestive qualities of this composition are much appreciated by our customers. This same version was sold in Ixelles and then in Uccle.

Dear Madam, You can also pay by cheque or bank transfer. All these options are available when you select payment. When payments fail online, simply call us or send us a message and we'll find a solution to satisfy you. Many of our customers pay by bank transfer. Yours sincerely .

Dear Sir, You have been informed by telephone of the longer delay in processing your order due to a current restocking. You agreed to wait for shipment on Thursday. The parcel was received by the postal service on Friday and delivered on Monday, as explained to you on the phone when you called. While we are fully responsible for our selection, the quality of our products and our ability to advise our customers, we cannot control postal delays, which can sometimes be longer. Our tea sommelier explained this to you in a factual manner and apologized for the longer delay. If this does not satisfy you, we apologize. You are of course free to source your tea wherever you wish.

Hello Madam, I answered you courteously on the phone and told you to simply type Georgie in the site's search bar (with the magnifying glass), which will bring up a choice of the four products we sell. No other customer has reported any difficulties in ordering them online, and the teas are a great success with our customers and their quality is praised by the trade press. These teas are very voluminous, so you need to use a lot of leaves to obtain an ad hoc infusion. We advise you to prepare them using a scale, which will enable you to better appreciate the volume to be used. For the record, about 5g to 6g of tea for 50cl.
