Very pretty place, very easy to use website!

I am giving this rating because the quality of the service was perfect and the teas I have already tasted are of high quality. What's more, choice samples were included in my order. I don't like some of my purchases, two in particular, but that's a matter of taste, so I can only give this rating for the whole. I really recommend you order your teas there, you won't be disappointed as regards service and quality. I intend to recommend them regularly after this first order.

Unami is definitely an excellent company. Orders always arrive in Brussels promptly and in perfect condition. As for teas, I recently discovered a Japanese smoky red: the "Shimada Smoky", which I love! The "Strong Breakfast" is perfect for breakfast with a British whip. And for a really good ordinary sencha, I highly recommend the "Morimoto".

I was sad to see this store close down in Brussels, but the ordering system is so simple and efficient that I can easily find my way around. I find quality teas that I can't find anywhere else, and the samples I receive are always very well targeted. I'll still go to the Lille boutique from time to time to benefit from the owner's good advice.
