Very effective, the tea had overflowed a little in the package and I received a new package directly as compensation.
The fact that payment by card doesn't seem to work and you have to pay by bank transfer.

I was sad to see this store close down in Brussels, but the ordering system is so simple and efficient that I can easily find my way around. I find quality teas that I can't find anywhere else, and the samples I receive are always very well targeted. I'll still go to the Lille boutique from time to time to benefit from the owner's good advice.
