Excellent quality of service and very fine selection of original teas. Big disappointment with the finesse of the products though, quality just right. Maybe bad choices? I'll try again before I have a definitive opinion.
Delivery times are not at all as advertised.

I have been ordering from unamitea for two years. Normally, everything is perfect. However, I am very disappointed with my current order. The contents of one bag are not what I ordered. I know the tastes of the Japanese teas I order, and one of them was the wrong one. At 13 euros per 50g, I'm very disappointed.
The website is not up to date, which means my order was not in stock. Big thank you though to the employees who called me to try and find an alternative.
Hello, i'm disappointed with the sensha shizuoka tea i bought. Having tasted sensha tea in japan in shizuoka, apart from the color, i didn't appreciate the smell or the taste. it basically tasted like plain tea. Whereas sensha tea from shizuoka has a strong smell in the bag, and a very distinctive iodized taste... Maybe I'm too demanding, but I bought this tea thinking I'd find the tea I brought from Japan...and unfortunately I was disappointed.
I am very satisfied (as usual) with UNAMI teas, which are exceptional! My order met my expectations (and I even had the joy of discovering 2 samples of tea and rooibos to discover). My problem is with the delivery and the carrier: I received a delivery confirmation e-mail from the DHARM PAL pickup relay (super unpleasant, by the way) on 23/01 and the parcel must be picked up before 27/01...that doesn't leave me much time flexibility...10 days minimum seems preferable to me.
One of two products arrived almost in powder form while this is not OK for this type of tea (Japanese green Shenza). The product is too expensive for this to be acceptable.
It says 24h delivery I think and it arrived 4 days later 🤔. Thank you
I was thinking of buying a fennel infusion that I had already tasted many times and named Voie lactée And I received an infusion named bio lactée that has absolutely not the same taste nor the same aroma, nor the same digestive qualities Disappointed
We have been marketing the infusion La Bio Lactée with this composition for many years (2011). It contains Fennel* as well as Lemon Balm*, Anise*, natural Mango and Peach aromas, produced in Organic Agriculture. The digestive qualities of this composition are much appreciated by our customers. This same version was sold in Ixelles and then in Uccle.

When you don't know the names of the products, it's hard to find your way around.
Delivery times and product quality were perfect BUT I ordered a 30gr infusion from Butterfly, on the photo there was a box which interested me but which was not sent. After a telephone conversation, I was told that it was only sent with 60g orders, which did not match the photo of my order. For me, this is misleading advertising. I hope to receive this box, in which case I'll change my mind.
I would like to know why my orders, which used to be delivered free of charge to my home, are now delivered to a relay point.
Usually very satisfied, on this order several elements to improve.
I'd like the ingredients of flavored teas to appear without having to click on ingredients.

I'm disappointed by one of the 2 teas, which has no scent and a bland taste. Himalayan Emerald Green. Is it really the new harvest?
Fast delivery, with two samples that were very good (the sample of "Black Silk" tea from Thailand was delicious) and a nice message. But the description of some teas should be reviewed, and I was very disappointed by the quality/price ratio of some products, especially the Darjeeling.
Navigation is not very fluid, and the description of the tea in the mouth is often too succinct.
We still need to solve the problem of historical data. Also, not all organic teas are available in the Organic selection.
There's no way to find the product by name.

Searching for the various teas is not always easy: the descriptions and search filters aren't very clear and quickly accessible. What's more, it's impossible to find me in the customer list (even though I'm a customer and have placed several orders). I had to recreate my account. What a mystery!

No indication that my order is ready for collection at the store!
It turned out to be impossible to order 600gr of tea, too bad. I had to place two orders, one for 500g and one for 100g, which complicated the delivery (I got the brushes tangled) and half the order, which I wanted to send to my daughter in Paris, was waiting for me at the Lille store.

The package I received was damaged. It was dented on one side. You'll have to report this to the carrier.
We've already ordered several times and in principle it works very well. Sometimes the card payment didn't work, so the transfer via my bank takes a little longer and isn't so convenient. Last time I had a promotion code 'THANK YOU' for a red metal box (before 30/4) but each time I wrote the code, the system suggested I put it in the next step. In the end, the box didn't arrive with my order.
