Very satisfactory product and delivery!

EXcellent site, large selection of very high quality products, even if sometimes a little expensive for certain grand cru references.

Competence, precision, speed of execution and delivery. For storage reasons, I would have preferred to receive the teas in two 500 g bags each, rather than a single 1 kg package for each type of tea.

Fast delivery, with two samples that were very good (the sample of "Black Silk" tea from Thailand was delicious) and a nice message. But the description of some teas should be reviewed, and I was very disappointed by the quality/price ratio of some products, especially the Darjeeling.

Living more than 30 minutes from Lille, I took the delivery option. I order the teas I already know, and choose 1 or 2 that I discover (very precise description). Well-designed site (very wide choice) and very quick delivery (next day!). I really recommend it, even if from time to time it's interesting to go directly to the store.

Order prepared and delivered very quickly. The loyalty program is top-notch (we received a pretty metal box as a gift) and the teas are excellent. Including a green songluo from 2020 which, despite being 2 years old, is beautifully preserved.
