A huge selection! Great flavors! Everything is perfect, even the little touches in each package I order! Unami Tea is our home. We love them. Small B-mol. Orders are no longer accessible via cell phone, so you need to have your pc with you for each order. But that doesn't detract from the quality of the products received.

The service is always impeccable and ultra-fast, the packaging is neat and secure, and it's always a pleasure to receive 1 or 2 samples for tasting, which gives you ideas for your next order 🙂 On the other hand, isn't it possible to reduce the number of emails we receive: between payment confirmations, order confirmations, shipping progress, carrier shipments and satisfaction surveys, it takes up a lot of space in the mailbox. Wouldn't it be possible to receive a single e-mail with an order tracking link that would bring all the information together? Thank you.
