Searching for the various teas is not always easy: the descriptions and search filters aren't very clear and quickly accessible. What's more, it's impossible to find me in the customer list (even though I'm a customer and have placed several orders). I had to recreate my account. What a mystery!

In the 6 years I've been buying from Unami, I've always been satisfied with the quality of the teas, the ease of ordering and the speed of shipping. I also like the fact that the organic range is growing every year. The only thing I miss is the tasting room, where it was nice to sit back and enjoy a cup of tea in a simple, soothing atmosphere.

The site has recently been redesigned. It's brighter and the pages are clearer. On the other hand, the list of relay points is not always up to date, and I've had to change relay points several times. Once I was contacted by phone to change my relay point.
