Incredible teas, all under one roof. We knew about the store in Lille, but with health restrictions, we had to consider ordering online: fast delivery, accompanied by a nice little note and 2 samples to discover. It's simple: Umami is the best we've found so far...!

We've already ordered several times and in principle it works very well. Sometimes the card payment didn't work, so the transfer via my bank takes a little longer and isn't so convenient. Last time I had a promotion code 'THANK YOU' for a red metal box (before 30/4) but each time I wrote the code, the system suggested I put it in the next step. In the end, the box didn't arrive with my order.

Very good company, serious, fast and efficient. No mistakes, on-time delivery and very relevant samples. Honestly, no complaints. Their range of teas is diversified and for the top-of-the-range teas, they are really grands crus with character. The price of these grands crus is sometimes very high, however. For their mid-range range, they're right up there, with above-average value for money. Finally, for their entry-level and flavored teas, they honestly offer the best Q/p ratio on the market. Their teas are subtle, not concentrated artificial flavors. There's even research, originality and, most importantly, real finesse in these fun teas.

As always, it's great. Nothing to say and the teas are always excellent.
