We've already ordered several times and in principle it works very well. Sometimes the card payment didn't work, so the transfer via my bank takes a little longer and isn't so convenient. Very good company, serious, fast and efficient. No mistakes, on-time delivery and very relevant samples. Honestly, no complaints. Their range of teas is diversified and for the top-of-the-range teas, they are really grands crus with character. The price of these grands crus is sometimes very high, however. For their mid-range range, they're right up there, with above-average value for money. Finally, for their entry-level and flavored teas, they honestly offer the best Q/p ratio on the market. Their teas are subtle, not concentrated artificial flavors. There's even research, originality and, most importantly, real finesse in these fun teas.
