I was once on site in Uccle and the welcome was great and the advice was top-notch !!!! Having fallen in love with them, I decided to order some online for myself and my friend! The teas are very well described, and I received my coli in 2-3 days. The packaging was perfect, a hand-written note was provided and as a gift 2 small teas that followed the tastes of my order! I've recommended them to all my friends! What's more, the prices are unbelievable for the quality and taste.

I am absolutely delighted with my order from Unami, dried chrysanthemum flowers. An herbal tea that I discovered in China and had great difficulty finding in France! Perfect product. Super-fast shipping despite this covid-19 period.

Super fast delivery. I felt like I was opening a treasure chest when I discovered my teas and samples. The teas are well classified on the site, but there's no description of the flavor of the teas, because when you buy online you can't smell them and therefore can't predict the taste.

The site is very well designed. However, the iced tea category no longer exists, so it's hard to find a tea that can be drunk cold.

Order placed Thursday after 10:30 p.m. and received Monday morning. Impeccable service!

I made an initial order of 7 items, from mid-range to very high-end, and I must say I was satisfied. UNAMI offers a wide range of very specific choices, but only for enlightened connoisseurs. The teas are of the highest quality, and of the 7, only one really disappointed me. The prices are obviously in line with them, which is in my opinion the only weak point. It's not a big brand with a high volume of sales, so the prices are affected. In terms of quality, they're on the same level as Mariage frère, but they're more specific and more restrictive in their choice. They are better in terms of quality than Le Palais des Thés, but also more expensive. Delivery went smoothly and they gave me three free samples of very fine quality. I had to wait 6 days because one of the products was out of stock. In conclusion, I'd recommend this shop for the enlightened connoisseur, as beginners risk getting lost and not fully enjoying these often exceptional but expensive teas.
