Unattractive navigation.

I usually buy from the store in Lille, but being confined and having finished my tea bags, I ordered from the website. A bit complicated to find the Pu-erh I usually buy via the website search. But once I'd found it, the order went through smoothly and I received my parcel quickly. Bonus: 2 infusion samples and a nice handwritten message. All in all, a good first ordering experience. I'll recommend it in the same way if the postage remains reasonable (20€ to 25€ suits me, beyond that I'd hesitate).

Given the importance of the choice, it would be interesting to have a help in qq questions to guide the customers towards what corresponds to them most. I usually go to the store to buy tea. I never get any little gifts....but when I ordered on your site, I got 2 samples. That's really nice! stores should take a leaf out of your book....or I'll only buy from your site 🙂
