I've been a Unami customer for many years, and I've appreciated being able to order online on this occasion. But I would prefer to visit the store, and have a cup of tea there on occasion. That's not up to them or me.
The best tea store in my opinion. Great choice of high quality teas from Japan. They also have a great selection of organic teas. Highly recommend!

RAD. Clear site, secure payment, fast delivery, well packaged and interesting samples. Perhaps an archive of customer purchases (store and website) would be useful to set up. This would allow the customer to keep a history of what they've previously bought, and would allow UNAMI to offer samples of teas that the customer hasn't even heard of yet.

The products are well packaged. On the other hand, shipping costs are really expensive...
