Lamentable delivery. I received my package more than a week after the order and I had to go to a relay point. Supposedly it doesn't fit in the mailbox while usually it fits very well and with bigger items too. Really disappointed. Otherwise the products are quite good.

Received broken bottle and it's still up to me to contact them. I was raised to take responsibility for my mistakes. I must specify that the packaging was in perfect condition. It's still the customer's effort after a pseudo conversation with a third party and poof the negative review is erased. So clearly now I will not order from this site anymore just on principle. I won't rate very poorly because the delivery is fast and the package is well packed, however the products inside leave much to be desired, I ordered 2 identical e-liquids and received them with 2 different tastes and textures. Normally the juices should be ready to use, too bad I wouldn't necessarily recommend.

If you order the same liquid multiple times, it is uncommon but possible that the bottles come from different batches, with different steeping levels: in this case, we recommend letting the bottles rest for a week away from sunlight, so that their flavors can develop well. However, this is a data point that is rarely perfect, as the method of calculating this ratio can vary depending on the laboratory. Additionally, if the liquid is then mixed with one or more nicotine boosters, the VG/PG ratio of the resulting liquid will differ depending on the proportions of the mixture. These variations remain minimal, and you should have no trouble vaping this liquid on a dripper.
