I ordered once and everything went smoothly, the second time the package arrived broken with my 500 ml bottle completely empty and the rest soaked. Following up with customer service to see about a refund.

2nd order, and like the 1st, the items arrived damaged due to poor packaging!

I received a damaged order "empty 500ml bottle out of 4 bottles" and I refused the order (I did not accept the delivery from the courier) and I have not yet received a refund or an exchange order. I made two complaints, and they have not responded or provided any information, and I think I have been scammed for an amount of 107.90 euros, and I want to open a case against unicornvape, so if anyone knows anything please help me. Thank you

Late delivery

Order arrived with a missing item, I sent an email but I still have not received the item

Although the product I ordered arrived quickly and in perfect condition, it was of such poor quality that I cannot be satisfied. Indeed, it burned a coil in just 15 ml even though I took the time to ask if this would be the case by email before ordering. I was assured that in most cases this would not be the case. And when I called one of the people from the site, he told me everything and its opposite. While telling me that for him it was normal for a liquid in 30/70 to create such a big inconvenience so quickly. He acknowledged that this was not indicated on the site and that it did not pose any problem for him. Upon arrival, I lost nearly 25 euros without any offer of reimbursement or goodwill gesture. I will not order from this site again...

Slow shipment and little tracking information to Italy. It's been two weeks and my order is not in Italy yet

I have never received a response to my message sent via contact, the products were therefore sent late and did not arrive on time at the destination, so I have to resend the package to another address and I had to buy liquid at my vacation spot.

Hello, order still not received placed on 2/04/21 so yes Monday being a holiday I think that if it doesn't arrive in 48h as usual it's normal after two reminders unicorn tells me yes the post has set aside several thousand packages and the tracking is still not activated so I am waiting for a gesture from unicorn at least to inquire with the post office so yes it's only about 50€ but no allday for two days anyway top!!

I am disappointed, several orders all with the same taste even though I varied the flavors, I just threw away 56 euros of disgusting order. Do not recommend

I order very regularly from them, I received 2 non-compliant liquids the tip did not hold they sent me back 2 empty bottles but which did not fit in my dotmission and no more response from them I find it very dishonest

The liquids I received do not taste like they should and are not good at all.
