Of the 4 cars ordered, 1 cannot be used due to lack of hitch and another has all wheels oxidized and runs very poorly.

Very disappointed with my purchase, it was a Christmas gift for my dad and the decoder doesn't work, I am disappointed my father is taking the necessary steps with the service. But really disappointed!
Expensive delivery and very poorly done. Torn packaging, crudely taped in a reused cable box from a brand. The high shipping costs led to expectations of a different quality treatment.
Well-made package, material well protected. However, I tried my AGC LS Model train and it had poor reception. After checking, I noticed that the wheels were dirty. I deduce that I was sold a used material (how many hours and thus second-hand), sold as new without discount, Here is my disappointment for this purchase.

Fast delivery. However, I just received my last order, a LS MODELS loco ref 10325S for 399 euros in a more than questionable package. Just surrounded by cardboard without protection. So the box of the loco is obviously damaged. I have always been satisfied with my previous orders but not for this one.
A gift wrapping charged at €5 (?), in addition to already particularly high shipping costs (€11.90!). Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

In a previous order, I had ordered an Esu 59810 Lokpilot V5 micro decoder and I couldn't program it and no one was able to inform me. I ordered 2 other decoders which worked perfectly, I suppose the one I couldn't program was defective.

This is the second time I order from Univers Train. The first time, I just returned the Hornby/Jouef locomotive which does not satisfy me at all (to be continued). The second, a flatbed truck with an AMX30D, which arrived (the tank) slightly broken. The camouflage net holder had fallen in the box. It can happen during transport, but looking closer, this accessory (very visible traces of glue) had already been re-glued. Nothing serious except that for a new item, it looks shabby. To be positive, the delivery is fast after the order (24-48h), the deadlines are met. So, I have a new order in progress. However, if I were to encounter a difficulty again, it would be the last time, despite an undeniable asset that makes Univers Train one of the cheapest sites. Best regards.
Very bad idea to use this kind of packaging for curved rails delivered. Result ===== an unusable rail due to the breakage of many 'screws' - too bad for the customer who is used to being delivered with original boxes accepted by the delivery people.
