Very professional customer contact. I was contacted immediately after my order for a concern about the accuracy of my delivery address and received a return email directly after my review left on the internet to give me details on the remarks made in my review! That's rare enough to be worth mentioning!

The bracelet is very pretty (not very easy to put on, it's fine when you keep it on, like me, all the time. I had to send it back (a small problem during production), but the team changed the product very easily and quickly. Very professional!
