The website is particularly well presented, in order to order the right part and if in doubt, you can call for advice. I recommend.

The site is good, but there is a way to make it a bit more user-friendly. Always ask for the brand and vehicle when searching for a specific part during the order process, it's annoying.
otherwise, well done

Loic, I think you are on the wrong site, we do not ask for this kind of information, except at the very end of the order if you want us to verify the ordered parts. Have a good week! Martin.

My order was for parts for a Renault4. The parts are well made and fit perfectly. Delivery times are quite fast but the costs are a bit high although compensated by the speed and security of the shipment.

Problem with the quantity delivered compared to the order but quickly resolved by a second shipment covered by VA.
Person contacted was very friendly and efficient.
A small comment in the delivered packages would be a plus.

Parts received within good time but intake exhaust gasket received bent in two places, one intentionally at the packaging because the packaging was too small and the other because it was placed under a starter and crushed by the weight. Starter without reference name or labels... A bit disappointed about that.

Hello Renaud, Oops, this is the usual packaging method which presents no problem, send us photos of the issue so we can handle an after-sales service of course! For the starter, we won't share our good plans with everyone either!! Have a great end of the week!
