I ordered the divination mat with the pendulum offered. I received the mat but not the pendulum. After a few email exchanges, I was promised that I would receive it 15 days later. The deadline has not yet passed, I will leave a comment after receipt to say that I am completely satisfied.

A suggestion on the packaging of parcels that are not suitable for books, notably my book was in plastic, it arrived damaged. You gave me a discount. It would be cheaper for you to send them in a cardboard package. Sincerely, Mrs. GRAND

Lightweight packaging

I bought a Tibetan bowl, but unfortunately it smells terrible (as do the box and the papers). I had to put it outside for several days and spray it with disinfectant, but the smell still persists. Quite disappointed as it was a Christmas present.

My bowl doesn't sing with the kid on the felt side...on the wood side it does.

Good quality Tibetan bowl. However, the box it came in smelled awful, as did the cushion. The bowl had even picked up the smell. A pity, as it was a gift.

Hello, Vibratis gives an impression of seriousness and quality, hence my choice to have ordered, but I give an opinion on my direct experience, namely the purchase of the book of dowsing boards and the incense box : Positive: delivery times and products as described. Negative: minimalist packaging, with one corner of the book dented and a spiral bent, and one corner of the box crushed, with an open incense bag inside, the incense then scattered across the bottom of the box and having covered the other items in the box with dust.

The dials are great. I am, however, disappointed with the quality of the book cover.

The pendulum box comes with a Thot pendulum, but not the explanations. The Thot pendulum is not the same.

Fast delivery. very good but the packaging is too small, my dials are bent in one corner.

I received my order without any delay. However, I informed you by e-mail (photos attached) of a manufacturing defect on a chain, asking you how to proceed with an exchange. To date, I have not received a reply from you.

I must admit I'm a bit disappointed by the lack of certain dials. I was expecting to have a lot more on care etc... but I couldn't know in advance. It can't be for everyone.

I ordered the tarot of Marseille of good quality (there are some errors of publications on the explanatory ebook it's a pity), the benzoin incense (unfortunately not satisfied with its smell in benzoin), stone pendulum very pretty and well made and my 200 dowsing dials that I do not regret (it would have been preferable that they are all accompanied by explanation, example and that the dials are printed glossy as the cover because the paper remains fragile in time). Despite some inconvenience, I placed a second order for a Tibetan bowl and another clock. If I had not had these inconveniences the order would have been perfect!

The package arrived in colissimo marked on it "repackaged by the post office" and when I opened the package 4 pages of the book had been cut probably by 1 cutter! I don't understand why my package had to be repackaged by the post office. Really disappointed to have received a great product in bad condition.

Clear site, fast shipping. However, not a word in the envelope. It's a shame. But I suppose that with the holidays approaching it must be a bit complicated. concerning the Pendulum of thot: The pendulum is not exactly as on the picture. It is "bigger" or "wider" and the top collar is almost not there. I also have the feeling that the "hole" through which the string passes is not centered. I understand that the work is handcrafted so maybe a picture = 1 pendulum is needed. I hesitate to return it.

Good product but disappointed with the packaging. I received the product in a plastic envelope even though I had chosen this product because it had a cardboard packaging and the ecological aspect was emphasized.
