Not good in hand the handles are too thin I could not get it to work.No results.

Very good chopsticks, easy to use and precise. It's quite amazing the first time. Be careful not to use them for a long time at the beginning because it requires a lot of energy. After my first use of about 2 hours I felt dizzy and headaches all of a sudden. I had to sit down and finally a big tiredness pushed me to stop. Back home I took a salt bath to chase away the negative energies and everything went back to normal, but like many people I didn't receive the instructions (sheets and instructions).

Big bunch of sage, well tied up. I found it went out a little too fast, but overall, good product. A little expensive for what it is.
