It is beautiful and it makes me feel good .... I bought it to make me feel good but I thought it could help my 7 year old daughter who always has a hard time falling asleep. The sound of the bowl soothes me even when I use it for others.My sister used it on me recently to help me get out my dark thoughts and I cried, cried, cried ..... The bowl helps to enter a kind of hypnotic state and helps to get out one's emotions .... and to accept them. Could be a useful instrument during a psychologist's session...Its sound allows us to enter a kind of state of serenity but also of introspection. I highly recommend it !
