Hello, I received a pendulum broken at the tip. The same day I made a complaint stating this (I have a photo to back it up) and no reply! Too bad.

I bought a Tibetan bowl, but unfortunately it smells terrible (as do the box and the papers). I had to put it outside for several days and spray it with disinfectant, but the smell still persists. Quite disappointed as it was a Christmas present.

Very good manual... some dials aren't necessarily concrete or understandable for me, but 90% of it is really very good. Well done!

I thought that the dials were in the form of a bound notebook, but in fact they are not.responsive pendulum responds well despite a little excessive weight.fast and careful shipment,I recommend.
