This is a nice bowl that surprised me with its imposing dimensions and its weight of 461g certified on my high-tech culinary scale. ?? On the picture, it looks smaller. In reality, it has a diameter of 12cm and a height of 5cm. Its frequency is 622Hz. The strike on the high edge of the bowl produces a D sharp favorable to the sacral chakra. The one of the emotions. Its frequency is 582Hz. You can check this with any guitar tuner app... Its singing in E therefore radiates mainly in the solar chakra, in the center of the chest.
