They do not specify delivery times correctly. They explicitly put 24 hours unless they have volume ....ni one more delay condition. It took me 7 days without being in any special condition for large order volume, without notice, and without anything. And you pay 3.50 for the 24 hour shipping they say themselves. That they change the conditions because it is misleading advertising and can be reported.
I ordered n ring in size 11 which would be equivalent to a 6 and they sent me a size 9 which corresponds to a size 18.
They have changed the format of the wed and I don't like it, I find it more difficult.

The order took me four days to receive it even though it was sent by Correos Express. I am trying to contact the store to explain a question about my order and no one answers the phone or the whasApp.customer service and service we can say that does not exist. I hope someone will contact me."
My experience has been apart from disappointing because of the poor quality of the products...it has been a waste of my time not receiving an answer about the return of my order..so as you have time to send surveys and you don't have time to attend my claim I will make a claim for payment to my bank as I have communicated on another occasion.
I was expecting a single citrine druse and not so many small pieces, very small very small.
