Broken pyramid, black silver pendants, shungite powdered and the quartz candle was missing.
Very bad service, I had ordered some prisms and after telling them that if they sold them, they sent me others of very poor quality and damaged. The service and coordination are very bad. They had already told me and it has happened to me again.
The order came incomplete, an item was missing, I wrote to the email provided, and I have not received a response. I consider both the item and the money lost.
I have received an item that I did not order (at a much lower price) instead of another one that I paid for, because it seems that there were no stocks and they have not refunded me for that product, nor how I can return the one I do not want.

I contacted the store and was told that the only thing they could do was cancel the order and refund me, in the end, I accepted to continue the purchase with fewer grams of moldavite, but I asked to be given a longer piece and they did so, they also gave me a package of incense, the shipping was very fast. But my only complaint was the fact of buying a pack and then being told that no, that it was a mistake on the website, when I had been seeing that pack on the website for months and was waiting to be able to buy it. I felt disappointed honestly as I was initially very happy with my purchase, and ended up receiving less than what I initially bought, as I received a moldavite of between 2-2.9, and not the pack. The guy who attended to me was kind and respectful and at least had the detail of sending me a longer piece as I asked. I am a follower of the store on all platforms and I watch the live videos and the last thing I expected was for something like this to happen.
The jade is not of quality. The Yoni egg purchased cannot be used intravaginally. I want to request a refund.

The packaging is very good and the presentation is appreciated, as they send the products each in a plastic package and all of it in a nice fabric bag. The problem is that the condition of some minerals I ordered, especially the lapis lazuli, the nephrites, and the jade is lamentable. They were very poorly polished and have a dull color with very marked scratches from a deficient polishing that greatly detracts from the stones. The nephrites also have glue blobs on the stone that look ugly. Furthermore, the settings of the stones I mentioned are very poorly made and open. They constantly fall off despite me tightening them with pliers, as it is a flimsy material. The silver and brass came very dirty, with a yellow tone and brown blobs, as if they had been stored in a corner without cleaning for a long time. The pyrite keychain, which is spectacular, the stone arrived well, but the metal of the keychain came yellowish and dirty. I couldn't remove the stains from the brass setting on some pendants with metal cleaner, so instead of looking like new pieces, they look like I bought them at a second-hand store. If the reason the settings are in such condition is because they were handmade, they should definitely have them made by someone else or buy them from another place. That's my opinion. What they offer and the prices are interesting, it's a shame that what they send is in such poor condition.
The moldavite that I received is not in one piece, it is in 2 pieces and on top it has a corner that sticks out and can easily get caught and break. Very unhappy with the purchase.
I am not satisfied because I ordered a sphere of about 6 cm in diameter, according to the offer that was made, and they sent me two smaller spheres. What I needed was the size I ordered and not what was sent.
The stones do not resemble the photo in the image at all.
The bracelets did not smell of palo santo and one of them came with the rubber given to it, I have to buy palo santo essential oil but seeing the quality I don't think I will buy it for you.
