Simply put: Vives de la Cortada is very OK. However, although I have been convinced for years to participate in satisfaction surveys (SOC and others), in the end everyone asks me to give them my opinion and in the end nobody values my time because I still have to pay for my purchases. I remember what happened to a company that did things wrong. "Maybe we don't do it right but nobody has complained to us...". Customers don't have to explain themselves* if they find better suppliers. This is what happened to them in that company, which finally closed down. *I must be an exception.
