I was surprised by the delivery costs. Different prices are stated on the website, and it was not mentioned anywhere that the goods would be shipped by express delivery.
Delivery too slow and men's product not qualitative. Paid delivery and return.
Shipping and customs fees of over 50% of the price! Incomprehensible, especially since the customer is not informed of the carrier that will handle the delivery and its conditions (taxes, fixed fees, customs clearance fees...) and has no choice but to accept it since no option is offered. Catastrophic.

The shipping was very delayed. The tights that I ordered are not very comfortable and when you wear them with that slippers it's slipping inside so it's very hard to do movements on the centre.

Almost 3 months to receive my order and no commercial gesture at the end. Deplorable!!!
2 months to receive an order! When I called to find out more, I didn't even get a commercial offer for a next purchase, given the insane delays in receiving my order. I was already dissatisfied with my previous order, because the sizes displayed on the site didn't correspond at all to the product, and I had to return the parcel (at my expense) to receive a larger size, again with high delivery costs. I placed these orders at the request of the Paris Conservatoire, but I might as well tell you that I take it upon myself to inform the teachers of the difficulties in obtaining the requested outfits, hoping therefore not to have to go through Wear Moi again for my daughter's next leotard. I know I'm not the only parent unhappy with their Wear Moi order (deliveries too long and/or leotard size problems).
Orders take far too long to arrive and the timing messaging is unclear, bordering on the dishonest. After recently placing my order (undiscounted) a large discount was offered, too late for me of course. Before, I was offered birthday gifts that were not gifts at all but merely imaginary marketing nonsense. Its a pity as the product itself is good if overpriced.
I was very much disappointed by the communication in which Wear Moi cancelled my order, after more than one month! I found it very disrespectful, they could have told me straight away that those items were not available, instead of letting me wait for more than one month, and I could have chosen a different size without any problem. If I knew, I would have cancelled the complete order, it was a present, and I have been waiting for so long! I would not have expected such behavior after so many days, they even sent me emails telling me that the order had been shipped. Why this contradictory communication? Very bad, we are extremely disappointed with the service and are still waiting for the arrival of my daughters leotards, despite chasing up many times and ordering these at the beginning of August they have still not arrived. Please advise when this will be, she is the only one in the class having to wear other leotards. Thank you Kelly
I couldnât get my package.
The only reason I used this company was for a uniform my studio had chosen. I ordered 2 custom pieces and they BOTH arrived with defects. One was missing a button, the other had runs in the mesh. Both unwewrable. I understand a detects happen, but both? Customer Services asked me to pay return shipping on the defective leotards (!!!!) and it was only after several back-and-forth emails they finally agreed to give me a return label. Asking your customers to pay return shipping on defective items was the last straw, will never order again. Will stick with Yumiko & Eleve in future.
Since I still haven't received my order and I still haven't heard from my parcel, I can't put a good rating!!!!
I need that particular leotard for my daughter in her strict ballet school. She is five. Iâve ordered a 4/6 too tight, so I ordered a 6/8 which still didnât fit and was not much different from the 4-6. After spending 70 dollar to have these shipped, I read their return policy and you have to send it back in the same plastic bag it came in? Totally ridiculous. I sent the unwashed, unworn, barley touched leotards in a box in hopes of getting my money back since now she is unable to wear the leotard required of her for class. Its not in the same plastic bag, but the box I put it in will probably keep it safer in its travels. If I get my refund, I will update my rating.

The delivery time was too long. We needed one of the items for the Nervi festival of the YAGP gala.
Delivery took almost 2 months, and for the price we could have expected more respect. One of the worst service
Shall I go through the history of this order, which almost never arrived? 1] I wanted to buy the Lavande and Felicity leotards for a workshop in Brussels on December 10 and 11, but Felicity couldn't be shipped for three weeks (dream on - hello impulse buying)... So I only ordered Lavande (and paid the shipping costs)... The training weekend is over... Still no new leotard! I end up calling WearMoi... I learn that my address doesn't exist... No, in fact, it was misspelled by the sender. TNT, the most dishonest of carriers, leaves it in the wild. AND NOBODY CALLS ME!!! What's the point of leaving our phone !!!!! Anyway, the leotard is reshipped and eventually arrives. As for the "commercial gesture" in compensation, it amounts to 10% on a future order. We're dreaming... I'm still waiting for an apology call from WearMoi management, and not just from the young woman on the hotline, who had nothing to do with it. Thanks in advance.

Iâm very disappointed because I ordered a black leotard that was available at the time of order, so paid for it. After a month I was emailed that the item was out of stock and discountinued. So waiting more than a month for delivery is already not a good service and being told that wasnât available after a month is even worst! I have recently saw online the leotard through a different seller but full price and only few available - they didnât had it before!!! Quality of items is really good but very disappointed with service and communication Thank you Kind Regards

Terrible. I havenât reviewed anything! Ordered over a month ago! Two weeks ago I got a notice stating a shipping label had been printed and PART of my order was on its way⊠never came, when I track that shipping label it is still stating that it was created and hasnât left facility⊠donât think Iâll order from them again. Now I need to track down an actual human to get a refund but I canât get anyone on the phone!
