My order was late more than month
The custom leotard feels very good, looks okay. The top is a light fabric, the bottom half is dark blue. They decided to sew the whole side seam with a light thread, which shows horribly when I wear it. The delivery took forever, but they did inform me about it, this time. It was still quite a lot longer than their second guess. Order about 4 months before you need it!
Quality product and well packaged but the delays are long. Shipment 8 days after the order. Then I had to make a return. The package was received by the brand but 20 days later, I am still waiting for the refund. I don't think I will order online again.
Very nice leotards, but the size chart isn't right. I ended up with 2 leotards that were slightly too big for me. And extremely long delivery

Got soled an item wear moi didn’t have and it took them a month to tell me that I would not be able to get it. The customer service was very nice and friendly and offered a discount. I got my other items which I am very happy about.

Very slow shipping
Out of stock, part of my order placed on 23/10 will not be delivered until after December 27. These are the outfits for the students in my dance school, many of whom are new and eagerly awaiting their tunics. I have around twenty items that will be waiting more than 2 months!
The tnt partner gives no information. My parcel was dropped off at a relay without notifying me. It went back to the sender. This is the 2nd time (((
The products appear to be of good quality, but the dance shoes are really too small, I am forced to buy another pair.
The navigation with a mobile phone is a bit difficult, it is not as easy as with a computer.
The return label should be available from the beginning.
The experience of designing my own leotard, and the end result are 5 stars, very good. But the delivery was very messy and slow, not good at all. It seemed TNT was delivering on the expected date, but at the last minute it changed to the criptic "scheduled delivery pending". I was patient for a week, and then tried to contact Wear Moi. No answer, the phone number didn't work. TNT informed me they never received the package in the first place. In the end, I got a message from Wear Moi that they would contact the factory, and would let me know what was wrong. Then, without warning or any updates, the package arrived. So it felt messy, and the communication was very poor. I'm used to emails telling me when my order is delayed.
The Loyalty program was just closed without any notices.

Unfortunately the delivery took 2 weeks instead of 3 days. We were lucky that we got the skirt just one day before leaving for the competition.
The site is a joy, but the delivery service is not satisfactory: delivery times are long and you can't opt for the Point Relay, which is so practical!
This is my first time ordering at Wear Moi. The collections are nice. The website experience is ok, but the shipping time for ready-to-wear items is very long, in my opinion. Calling customer service is good, but the order status on the website should be more up-to-date, so I do not need to contact customer service during office hours to check when the order will be ready or shipped. It is very strange experience. I ordered the same skirt, same size as we had and it was like 2 times smaller than the one we had before.
Overall experience with Wear Moi web store is good. However, I don't really like the courier what they are using on Finland. The quality of the courier service is really terrible. It doesn't meet at all consumer needs for today. The delivery service is rude, they don't offer time estimation when the delivery is done and they don't offer pick up places. I wish they would use some different courier.
Ordered on 12/8. Was supposed to ship on 12/29. Did not ship until 1/11. Took another week to receive. Once arrived, the sleeves to the small are extremely tight. My very small daughter could barely move her arms. She is 5’2”. & 110lbs. Small is her normal size. This was a Christmas gift. These leotards are $100 plus. The sizing should be correct. My daughter loves the leotard, and we will buy again in medium to see if the sizing quality is better.
Your website is very attractive and neat, but the product ordering process is a bit complex, in fact I ordered the product in the wrong color.
Unfortunately, the selection of men's products is very basic and limited, which often leads me to buy abroad.

Delivery is very slow, shipping is expensive. Sizes are wrong: I measured my kids and it still didn’t fit. return and reimbursement was straightforward but I had to pay for shipping, so in the future I will buy products through a different store.

1. Delivery is slow. 2. When I paid, all items are available. But I was informed some items not available after one month you intend to deliver my order. I paid big amount delivery fee and waiting a month, just received a few items. Very disappointed.

After receiving the SERENADE, I was not 100% happy with the product. Returning the product to France was inconvenient. To help resolve this matter and to help maintain your cliental, I would suggest a new policy allowing Australian clients to return Wear Moi products to an Australian office or dance store stocking Wear Moi. Sincerely.
