Sizing is so far off. Shameful.

Terrible. I haven’t reviewed anything! Ordered over a month ago! Two weeks ago I got a notice stating a shipping label had been printed and PART of my order was on its way… never came, when I track that shipping label it is still stating that it was created and hasn’t left facility… don’t think I’ll order from them again. Now I need to track down an actual human to get a refund but I can’t get anyone on the phone!

First of all, I cannot evaluate something that I did not receive, the order was forgotten or lost, the amount paid was not returned, as a result... it cannot be an evaluation on the subject

The shipment never arrived
I placed my order of one leotard and one skirt that my daughter needed for summer intensive. When placing my order the ship date was in early June. After placing the order the confirmation date had changed and it had a ship date of July 18, but that wasn't even honored. The items arrived around July 29 (summer intensive was over). I was excited about the promotion with the order of a a free Black Large dance bag (Product DIV95) but instead we only received a tiny cheap swag bag with the wear moi label like you get for free shopping at a dance store.
Terrible never again. Go absolutely anywhere else. Patronising ignorant support.
One month on and still hoping to receive my order. Disgusting.
Unfortunately the order was incomplete. After a couple of months from the order date I recived only 1 item of the 2 I ordered (the skirt but not the leotard). Now I’m leaving and I hope the customer service will help me sending it to my new address, since I need it in maximum a couple of week. I didn’t expect so many problems.
I STILL have NOT received this white ballet sweater and am waiting to hear a status update!
