Full order couldn’t be delivered in time, communication was terrible
Top half of the leotard was far larger than advertised - the sleeves hung like a baggy tshirt.

Everything is ok,just need to work with delivery
This site is easy to use and has all necessary info about each item and stock available. I have had odd emails saying my cart is full after I know I have just finished my purchase. On one occasion, I went back to my cart and saw items in it and thought perhaps I didn't confirm purchase and I ended up buying items that I deleted from my cart because they were the wrong size. I had to pay shipping to return! i hope this is a glitch at the site that will be corrected and not an intentional lure to get me back to the site. Some sites have a weird email lure that is confusing and makes me not want to shop again. I am a loyal Wear Moi customer and don't need to be upsold or emailed, it is annoying. I also prefer sites to use PayPal. Hopefully this will be available soon on your site. For the most part, I have had a satisfactory experience shopping on Wear Moi. Thank you.
That's exactly it, good quality products but a very long delivery time.
The products have been fantastic, but shipping and processing times have been fairly slow.
Navigating the site was easy enough, but the turn around time was too long. I did not receive my skirt for 2 weeks and the tracking information was never up to date.

Order came with a big delay. Also, it’s really expensive to send order back, because that costs 20€ ( order was ~70) so there is no rational reason to do that. Really bad experience this time. Especially delayed delivery…

Most of the items could not be delivered. The adult leotard is very badly cut and the children's leotard is very small. Very disappointed with this order...

The product is beautiful… that’s why i still purchase it… but, it takes a long time for it to arrive. i ordered in early november f and my order arrived almost 6 weeks later…
The customer experience is correct. The only point for improvement is that the shipping date I was given was not respected. My order was shipped several days later.
Delivery times were awful. After waiting for almost two months, I got an email that half of my order was out of stock. Communications were uninterested and unhelpful.
The shipping took soo long!
Nice website, high postal and returning costs
They changed their sizing chart so it was too big for me.
The quality of all the products was very good but the sizing was terribly off. I even emailed to inquire about sizing and checked the sizing charts. There was no indication that the sizing for the dance shoes and leotard fit very small. Prior to my order, there was no indication that the delivery timeline was so extended. When I received the confirmation email it was indicated that it would be 6-8 weeks and it ended up taking 10 weeks for delivery. This information needs to be provided prior to ordering and accurate. The whole thing took so long I don't even feel like retuning the items.

I think the Wear Moi products are exceptionally good! Great style, amazing quality. My problem is with the shipping and delivery of our orders. The order ship dates get pushed back on a regular basis, and it is months sometimes before we receive our order.
I find the delivery times far too long,
We live US military base oversesas but WearMoi does not ship to APO address via USPS. We have to use forwarder which costs us extra money.
The shipping time took almost two months to arrive.

The first order arived within 2 weeks, but we needed a larger size. We had to wait another 6 weeks (!!) before that finally arrived. Returning is not for free. (€15 if you want to send it back).
Leotards are good, but shipment has been done very late.
The order took over two months to receive. The quality of the material is great, but it runs extremely small and I had to size up significantly. Also, the leotard goes really high on the hips.
Unfortunately the size was way too small for my 7 year old. The leotard looked like it would fit 4 year olds. Hopefully we will be able to return the product. Also it took so long (around 3-4 weeks) to arrive.

Delivery was substantially delayed once again (on top of a initial delivery date that was already well after purchase). This makes buying at Wear Moi very unreliable.

The parcel arrived one month after the purchase. Several emails trying to find where the parcel was.

Unfortunately, the delivery address you had enter at the moment of the order was not correct.
It has created confusion, and the parcel have been hold at the factory.

Delivery too late
Customer service was exceptional however the leotards are oddly sized.
It took over two weeks to get my order. When I tried to order something else from the outlet site it did not let me place an order.
The styles of leotards are beautiful but some models completely run small for the average girls with average weight and height for their ages.
I recently bought a black leotard (Calla) that won't stop bleeding ink and staining my tights. I bought an adult large pullover sweater that fits a 12-year-old. The pants were okay, but I know I won't wear them. Thank you for caring!
The sizing is way off. Had to return both leotards.
Strange fit for one od the leotards - way too big
The website was okay. I ordered new tights, because I had the Alban tights before and I really like those. Not really satisfied with the profucts, because the sizes really didn’t match with my Alban tights and therefore I can’t use the Malcom tights. The package arrived quickly.
Ordering straight from Wear Moi can be frustrating for how long shipping takes, and the information given for shipping is very rarely clear. They eventually come through, but it's not customer friendly.
