the website was okay. I ordered new tights, because I had the Alban tights before and I really like those. Not really satisfied with the profucts, because the sizes really didn’t match with my Alban tights and therefore I can’t use the Malcom tights.

Wearmoi is the best company in existence for the male dancer. My son wears Wearmoi exclusively. If for any reason something does not work, they find a solution. Communication is excellent. Tights and leotards are of the very finest quality.

I love their products. Everything I've order from them has been great. The only thing that I wish was better is shipping time. One of my orders didn't get shipped for about 6 weeks, which can make it hard if you need a product fast.

Ordering straight from Wear Moi can be frustrating for how long shipping takes, and the information given for shipping is very rarely clear. They eventually come through, but it's not customer friendly.

The products weren't shipped on the day I was told they will, and also after I received a message that it was shipped, it took days until it was moving, not to mention delivered to us. When I contacted the support I didn't get straight answers (bad support). I'm very frustrated with this store, and not sure If I'll order again (although we love the products).

I placed my order of one leotard and one skirt that my daughter needed for summer intensive. When placing my order the ship date was in early June. After placing the order the confirmation date had changed and it had a ship date of July 18, but that wasn't even honored. The items arrived around July 29 (summer intensive was over). I was excited about the promotion with the order of a a free Black Large dance bag (Product DIV95) but instead we only received a tiny cheap swag bag with the wear moi label like you get for free shopping at a dance store.

Our friends ordered size 6/8 for their 6 yo and your product is so small, I was told to not waste my time and order 8/10 for my 5 yo. You should let your customers know that the size runs small. In addition, I put in the 10% code and it was not honored. When I asked, I received an email stating I have 10% refund, but the attachment came stated the same amount as original. It just has not been easy.

I buy wear moi leotards all the time. Their dance wear is made beautifully and are very feminine and classic. I love them they are my very favorite leotard manufacturer. I do have two issues with them. First one is that the only West Moi Store is in Chicago and we would love to be able to try on the shoes, the fashion etc. The second is that delivery is slow… so you need to be patient waiting for that distinct “swirly printed” bag!

My package was mis-delivered, and I was supposed to receive a refund from WearMoi per one of their customer service representatives. I Never received refund.
