The products I bought are of very good quality: I’m happy with my purchase. Only minus side: the shipping took very long, but at least I was aware.

First we had problems contacting the company, we sent emails in July, we got reply in August, the point shoes could be sent in the middle of September and at the end they were postponed for the October. Not sure why. We had to give up of the point shoes because this was very late for us.

The quality is ok, but the service is poor, first it charges shipping, and it says free return but it doesn't include the shipment. very inconvenient.

Buena calidad, como todos los productos de esta marca. Pedí unas mallas personalizadas, y aunque me pareció excesivo el tiempo de fabricación, si lo tienes en cuenta y haces el pedido con tiempo sabiendo las fechas, la entrega se realiza el día justo que te dan al momento de realizar el pedido. A mi hijo le encantaron sus mallas.

Package lost by TNT FedEx. At €10 shipping fee (when a Colissimo costs €6), that's expensive for not receiving your packages.
No VAT deduction and the payment of the customs duty upon arrival is added. That makes the order expensive!
