received my parcels on the right date, however one of the furniture parcels was damaged but fortunately not its contents!! Otherwise, a well-packaged changing mat, the packaging was not damaged but the mat inside had a tear all the way through!

Order waited 2 months, no updates on delivery information.
No phone appointment in advance, mediocre product packaging, unpleasant carrier.... In short, product more expensive compared to the market for a service at this level, I will not order anything again.

Responsive service at the time of the order but also after the sale.
Small downside on early childhood furniture: the storage lockers are really very fragile.

The delivery from this site is a nightmare... order canceled by Wesco without reason or notifying me, then delivery scheduled by the delivery person on a different day than the chosen day. In short, I took 2 days off to never receive my item... I ended up canceling my order! I am also very disappointed with the customer service which is not attentive at all. Too bad because the products seem to be of very good quality

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your experience did not meet our mutual expectations. Your package was sent to you 3 days after your order. The attention we pay to sending you excellent quality products unfortunately does not allow us to serve you faster. We hope that your item brings you satisfaction.

given deadlines = actual deadlines. Nothing to report... Except maybe not to put the giant cushion directly in the box without protective 'paper'. A sheet or plastic to protect the toy would not have been too much.
