Very professional site, allowing individuals and professionals to obtain a wide variety of good quality products, with very attractive prices depending on the products. As a registered childminder, I looked more closely at the offers on the site, seduced by many accessories, depending on the budget in the coming months I will order other products in the future, alarm clocks, furniture... The dimensions do not match the description. Too bad, even when writing to them they don't want to know anything.

Hello,
I gave the blue balance bike to my grandson for his 2nd birthday. This balance bike is designed for children aged 2 to 4 years. However, this little one, who is very tall for his age, cannot use this balance bike: 1) it is very, very heavy and he cannot lift it. 2) the handles are very thick and a 2-year-old's hands are too small. 3) the seat is much too far from the handlebars which forces him to sit on the frame. 4) it is too high. 5) the two rear wheels make the balance bike unstable (it barely helps to keep the balance bike upright when stopped and even when the child gets off, it falls. This balance bike is NOT AT ALL SUITABLE FOR A 2-YEAR-OLD as stated in the advertisement. It would be perfect for a child aged 3 and up. This means he won't be able to use it for a few more months. Therefore, it is a lie to state that it is suitable for a 2-year-old. For this reason, I am very dissatisfied with your policy. I will therefore leave a negative review online so that other parents are not misled as I was. Thank you for your attention.

Hello and thank you for your comment. We are sorry that our little three-wheeled balance bike does not meet your satisfaction. It is designed for children whose height is between 90 cm and 119 cm. Specifically manufactured to withstand the assaults of schoolchildren in playgrounds, its weight is a consequence of its use. Its handles are equipped with an anti-shock system and their dimensions are a result of their robustness. The instability of the balance bike is the whole appeal of the product: it allows the child to work on their balance and train their vestibular system.

Order that was supposed to arrive between March 12 and 14, 2019, ultimately after 2 calls it arrives only on the 20th and it's not the right item. In the end, I have to fill out a form where there is a 15-day delay for processing and to find out if I can get a new one or be refunded!

All the ordered articles arrived in very good condition. The delivery was in accordance with the order; however, a small downside: since it was possible, I had requested a specific day for delivery and that day was not respected. Moreover, the carrier did not contact us to inform us when they would deliver. So it's not so much Wesco's fault but the carrier's.
On the other hand, I made a mistake when ordering an item, and the after-sales service was very friendly and guided me on how to return the item in question. Therefore, I recommend.
