it's a pity that items disappear from the cart when the order is not placed within the day. Shipping costs are quite high especially if you buy small products like stickers at 3.70 euros (which is more expensive than buying the stickers)

The order sent did not correspond at all to the order placed, no control during preparation and shipping. I reported the problem to customer service who informed me that they would proceed with an exchange by sending me a prepaid label via email. 7 days later and despite follow-ups, still no label for the return nor a package corresponding to my order, even though I indicated it was a birthday gift. Customer service no longer responds to my follow-ups. I am used to online shopping but I have never seen this! For individuals, I do not recommend this site at all, regardless of the quality of Wesco products.
