I waited 3 weeks to receive a mat that was not the one I ordered 60/120 instead of 130/130. I therefore refused the package and was told that my case would be processed in 2 weeks. I notice a lack of professionalism. A mistake can happen, but the least you can do is correct it as quickly as possible.

Everything went very well. Just one mistake (4 lids arrived when I thought I had ordered two) but it must be me who made the mistake.

Item well described; sent on time; quality educational game, although the translation of the manual into French is not perfect.
