The packaging of the order was poorly done, the postal service's colisimo reported a package incident and refused to take charge of the package. I have had no feedback from Wesco regarding this issue. I tried to contact customer service by email, and to this day, several weeks after my order which has indeed been debited, I still have no news! A nightmare.

Very good site, well stocked with staff always available and friendly to answer questions or provide after-sales service (in case of delivery issues with the post, for example...). The products sold are very nice.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are always disappointed when our items, made with love, suffer from rough transport and do not arrive at your place intact. We urge you to send us a photo of your package at [email protected] so that we can proceed with a possible replacement.

Regarding the ordered product, nothing to say but I am very disappointed regarding the delivery because for an order placed on a Thursday having paid €14.90 for express delivery in 24h, the package only arrived on Monday! And when we ask for explanations and a refund of the delivery costs from customer service, there is no one and no response! Really not serious! Therefore, this is the first and last time I will use this site because there are much cheaper and much more serious options elsewhere.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your feedback. In order to focus all our resources on the quality of our selection, our express delivery service does not deliver on Saturdays. Thus, your order did indeed leave our premises within a few hours but could not be delivered over the weekend. We apologize for causing you this disappointment and hope that our commercial gesture will make you not hold it against us too much.

A reliable site with articles very suitable for the awakening of the little ones, despite an oversight in the last order, Wesco quickly sent a second package. I regularly buy games and supplies from Wesco.
