At delivery, 1 out of 3 boxes of the vesti'bulle furniture was completely open. Refused at delivery but replaced quite quickly by wesco. Even by phone or email, the service is present. Thank you.

An order that takes more than 14 days to arrive and therefore deadlines not met. The order was delivered to the post office without a name, just a mobile number. No way to contact anyone (emails go unanswered) and I won't even mention the incompetent chatbot, plus there are missing cones in the order!

Very large delivery delay. The information provided by customer service is incorrect. No news for weeks about our order but we continue to receive Wesco ads, very irritating. A small commercial gesture was made but unfortunately after that, things did not improve. The delivery was incomplete... We do not recommend at all.
