Hello and thank you for sharing your feedback here. We regret this situation and sincerely apologize. Our customer service is currently shipping the missing bed. We hope you will give us a second chance to make a better impression by returning later to wesco.fr. Have a nice day.

Hello and thank you for sharing your point of view. Upon reading your comment, we would like to clarify a few points to avoid misleading future buyers. Our motor skills modules are manufactured in France in Sarthe and Deux-Sèvres by teams of leatherworkers with recognized expertise for many years. Our products are checked at all stages to ensure a high level of quality and comply with current safety standards. In the event of a proven quality issue, we invite you to submit a complaint to our customer service at [email protected] specifying the problem encountered and attaching photos. Finally, we remind you that in the product sheet we clearly specify the dimensions of the product, the use for which it was designed ("Small dimension version of our BABImodules, the MINIS were specially designed to fit small spaces or to quickly set up a motor skills course in a multi-use space") and that this information is supported by visuals and videos in real situations with children aged 1 to 3 years. If you have a sufficiently large space in your structure to accommodate a motor skills course, we advise you to turn to our emblematic BABIMODULES range. Finally, if you need advice on our different ranges before placing an order, don't forget that there are various options available to contact our customer service (https://www.wesco.fr/services-client.html): online chat on our site, phone call at 05 49 800 166. Have a nice day.
