I was surprised and disappointed that the 2 dolls were delivered in a plastic bag. It's really not presentable for gifting.

Order matches the photo but no packaging for the doll, for a gift it's very average.

The deadline was as expected

Well-made site with lots of very interesting products despite still very high prices. Perfect delivery on time and very nice delivery person. Mixed review on the ordered product: the bed is good overall: suitable for the development of children's autonomy, bio-sourced materials, nice shape and color, practical size as there is no need to change the mattress compared to a crib... But for 200€, I would have liked a bit more quality: after 10 days of use, it is deformed because the edges do not hold up against the baby getting in and out of bed several times a day. I'm also afraid that the seams will come loose quickly. Too bad because it's Wesco material that is used in my children's nursery, it seemed solid to me; that's why I ordered from their site. I thought I was paying for quality that would serve both children (they are 1 year apart)... Today, I'm not sure that the bed will be usable for the youngest... We'll see in the long term...

Why charge for a colissimo if we are picking up our package at a relay point? A relay point that can be the post office anyway! Might as well have it delivered by the post office in that case, we use less gas!

The order tracking showed my order as nonexistent, so no information on the delivery. Product delivered to a pickup point for over a week without info (my order almost went back...) while the delivery was normally scheduled to home. Info obtained after contacting customer service.

Regarding the delivery, the delay was too long. No possibility to schedule a delivery before 1 month after the order, which is very unfortunate

Product as described, however the fork fixing nut was missing for assembly as the bag containing the screws and nuts was not sealed in the package

Unsatisfactory delivery, package left in the rain in front of the building, in view of everyone, while the staff was present. The delivery person didn't even try to ring...

Well-designed site. Products that you find in schools or daycare at home and not expensive

Just a downside on the site. You have to keep going back to the starting point when doing a search. This is a bit annoying.

It is indicated that there are two pallets in the preparation slip, but there is only one. The mat is indicated as delivered, but not received.

ARCHIbloc BRICKS C Very thin cardboard compared to the old Wesco bricks! They are labeled as multicolored while only one color is assigned per size of brick! It's not the same thing!!! So I ordered 40 large bricks and they all arrived blue!

4 stars instead of 5 due to the slightly long delivery time. Otherwise, everything is perfect! From the quality of the product to the delivery service.

Returns are too complicated and the return shipping costs are quite high for the customer. This is not normal.

Honestly, the products are of excellent quality, but it's a shame that you, Wesco, do not ship packages to French Guiana. I would also have liked the educational board to exactly match the colors of the lines in the Seyes notebook (blue/purple/pink) and for the squares to be slightly wider, which would allow for larger writing on the board and thus enhance visibility for the children. Otherwise, the products are of excellent quality.
