For the delivery, the person did not see the house number which was visible, he went to the neighbor to ask

I really like this brand. However, I was less pleased with the delivery that I requested to be home and that the second package was dropped off at a relay point without notifying me. The lady on the phone was super efficient in telling me where I had to go to pick it up. Nevertheless, when I request home delivery, I like it to be respected...

The navigation on the site went well, however, the delivery was spoiled by poor packaging; a poster tore when I took it out of the box because it was stuck to the tape of the packaging.

Easy navigation and attractive content, but the return when going from the product page to the search results is a bit lacking (only the first items displayed instead of where we left off), although it remains fast.

The search on the site and the order went well. The books are good. Small downside: we were not informed of the delivery day.

very disappointed by, not the quality which seems good, but the impossibility to understand the assembly instructions. As a result, for a relatively high price, a very unsatisfactory result. I will not repeat orders for childcare equipment.

A customer for years at WESCO for a community, I find that prices are always more expensive, the quality is no longer what it was and I am resorting to customer service more and more often.

I regret having looked at the site for the first time, having selected several items, having put my cart on hold while I thought about whether I needed anything else for my workshops and that the cart was emptied the next day. As a result, I ordered less than expected.

I ordered and paid for several items from Wesco, I am a childminder. My packages were delivered by GLS, I WAS NOT THERE AND THE DELIVERY PERSON SIGNED FOR ME AND THREW THE PACKAGES NEAR THE GATE, of course someone saw him do it and stole my order. So since then I have been fighting with Wesco and GLS! I received my package yesterday with unavailable items and a refund on my account.
