Friendly welcome but poor organization and management when there is a large order. We are still waiting for products that arrive drop by drop. It's poorly managed and delivery times are not respected. Too bad! Disappointed

Complicated locker to assemble, unclear instructions on the different elements. I had to order the hooks separately, nothing is specified on the site.

The mattress is nice but received folded so with the crease mark, too bad for this imperfection. Otherwise, it seems to be of good quality.

The items are of good quality but the delivery company was not very careful. My large plain sewn mat received a cut from a cutter that damaged the packaging and the mat. It is not completely cut but has taken a hit which weakens it!! Too bad for me, I saw it after unpacking because as a childminder, I was with my little ones when I received the package! So I didn't take the time to check everything.

I have nothing to say about the services offered by Wesco, on the contrary, everything was impeccable. However, I paid slightly higher shipping fees to be delivered in two days with Chronopost. Except that the delivery person did not look for the nursery, noted that he had passed and that we were absent. As a result, instead of being delivered on a Friday, we were delivered the following Monday. I don't mind paying a little more to be delivered faster, quite the opposite, especially since this material had been awaited for a long time by the team and the children, we were waiting to have the budget. But in this case, it would be good for the chosen provider to ensure the delivery afterwards; Thank you anyway.

The products were well packaged. A bit of a delay in the delivery time. No email or SMS indicating the day of deliveries, I was delivered in two parts. Fortunately for the drivers, I was present each time.

Delivery system via Chronopost is unreliable. Delivery times and indications were not respected (ultimately delivery to a relay point far from my home) for a cost higher than a standard delivery.

I thought to place a group order and it would be delivered without any issues, I have no idea when the bed will be delivered, which puts me in a very delicate situation because I am a childminder and it complicates my work enormously.

Everything was very good, delivery times shorter than announced, very good material but a box too big so a lot of empty space: not good for the planet. Adjust the boxes to the quantity ordered...

Hello, I am a grandmother. I really appreciate your products. I regularly visit your site and find the navigation easy. Recently I placed an order and on the site I appreciated being able to choose a different date because it was for my grandson's birthday. But this was not taken into account and I regret it. That's why I only give 3 stars. Thank you once again for respecting what your site offers regarding delivery... Best regards!
