Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. Customers highlight product quality and accuracy to descriptions, mentioning items suitable for toddlers and babies, comfortable for children, and durable, with some items like small beds useful in space-limited nurseries. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.
this order of a cot is a quality product. Too bad for my last order, the gastronomic kitchen from November 4, 2020, a board is missing to assemble part of the kitchen and a board of the wrong color. The quality is top... but after contacting customer service, nothing is moving... 1 month later (December 2020) I am still asked to wait until January 2021 to ask again if the boards will be available to finally assemble my kitchen for the children.... given the price paid, this is not correct at all, it is really very disappointing..... because I really appreciate their products.... disappointed not to have it completely finished for Christmas.

Good site and good products. The delivery time is a bit long, still 1 week + compared to the standards of 2020 but it's okay.

Easy navigation on the site, careful shipping but disappointed with one of the products in the order, I expected better for one of the sets.... for imitation toys I find it very unfortunate to mark the brand on each food item of the playset and very visibly too!

The two items could have been put in the same box, which would have saved a delivery... and some concern at the delivery of the first package!

- too long delay (15 days) for items in stock (the different items arrived before...) - stock not up to date (items available at the time of my order then different later) - non-contractual photos (multicolored stickers including blue, purple, pink... I received stickers in autumn colors) - the plastic used to hold the items in place in the box was welded to the packaging of large sheets which ended up being destroyed

logic game Sleeping Beauty: upon unpacking, the box was torn and already open + absence of protective plastic film around the box, nothing seems to be missing at first glance but not great for a Christmas gift
