Good navigation.

The order arrived quickly. The screwdriver is very realistic, not too heavy. The only small flaw is that the LED light is a bit too bright. We put a sticker on it to dim it. It's a shame that screws, nuts, and bolts are not provided or sold separately.

Quality products, easy to order and very quick to receive. It's a shame that shipping costs are charged. You need to have a large order amount for them to be free.

The delivery person doesn't even come to deliver to my home, he calls and I have to go pick it up. I am a childminder working from home with 4 babies in care, luckily it's vacation time because my 13-year-old daughter has to go down to pick up the package. I understand that precautions need to be taken due to COVID, but still, we need to apply barrier gestures and it works.

Wesco products are very good. However, the delivery needs to be reviewed. Independent carrier did not come on the scheduled date. As a result, I was absent and the driver wanted to throw my order over my gate!! I told him that he had no interest in doing that. I had to ask my neighbor to receive it because he did not want to come back later!!

Very good site. Lots of choices, maybe some items are out of budget for individuals and more suitable for organizations, which is a shame. Delivery is a bit long and the fees are just, except to get free shipping you have to spend an astronomical amount, and that's also a shame.

Very good but the person on the phone misinformed me about the bins and when I wanted to order a new item, she said it no longer existed!

I placed my order on June 8, it was shipped on June 10 (I was tracking the package online). But I only received the package on June 25 (probably due to Covid-19, which I completely understand). However, what I don't understand is that the box containing my crib bumper is crushed (open on the side, I can even see the crib bumper which is black and all scratched) I told the delivery person that I would not take this package (he doesn't speak French well) and he said, 'Yes, yes madam, you have to take it.' I debated a bit with him but there was nothing more to do, I had to go down with my son in my arms because he didn't want to go up to the 4th floor (I have a working elevator by the way) anyway, I told him I would take it but that I would write on the receipt that it was in poor condition, he told me 'just the name and a signature.' I started to write about the condition of the package when he snatched the receipt from my hands! Annoyed and holding my son in my arms, I didn't know what else to do but give in... the carrier Heppner does his job poorly, change the delivery person/carrier. It's unacceptable! Otherwise, the products seem to be of good quality to see in the long term, it matches the photo, no strange smell or anything, I just wait to see the results of my emails and photos to know if there will be compensation.
