I am very satisfied with the product, but very disappointed with the delivery time as I only received it on Friday, June 26, while I ordered this product back in May.

The site is perfect, package received quickly, but the quality leaves something to be desired. This is my first order, and I am disappointed. The clip button on the protective cover already popped off during installation. I have neither the time nor the courage to return it; it was a crib bumper for a medical bed for children with multiple disabilities.

I was informed a bit late about the out-of-stock status of 2 ordered products, which are for my professional use...

Good order tracking, but called twice to schedule delivery. Called on Thursday to be delivered the next day between 9 am and 5 pm: okay, I won't move all day: no delivery, no call for explanation! The following Monday called again for an appointment the next day for delivery. This time delivered around 4 pm.

Order received very quickly. However, I find that the bed sags rather quickly. My daughter has gone up and down a few months and already we can see that the bed is sagging on the sides. Given the price, I thought the foam would be more solid than that...

The site is very well done. The order matches the product on the site. Small downside on the delivery time, which was longer than indicated at the time of ordering.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your comment. Respect for the environment has been a core value at Wesco for many years. Our teams, highly aware of this aspect, are continuously seeking innovative solutions and more respectful alternatives. By 2024, we aim for all plastic products designed by Wesco to be made from bio-based materials. Already, several of our products are made from bio-based plastic: storage bins, tableware, play kitchens, ride-ons. Finally, we pay particular attention to offering materials known for their durability: glass baby bottles, stainless steel tableware, baskets made from natural materials (date palm), wooden toys... Have a nice day

products delivered as expected, the site seems to have an extremely wide range of products, too bad it is not optimized for mobile, and that there are no additional categories like on toy sites to find what you want, sometimes we give up before the end of the pages! Maybe an age classification could be a plus

Not easy when you are not an internet user. For example, for the sleeping bag, I wanted sky blue and I made a mistake because it arrived green.
